SettsPlus

5.1 - Communication, Landgate, Online Stamping and Title Insurance

In any of the TAB screens – The Sidebar on the Top Right has Icons also, e.g. Calculator for dates, fees, etc. The Icon with the question mark will show you information about SettsPlus, such as the build number and build date. The Help Desk Icon is beside the question mark icon and you can connect via this icon to SettsPlus via TeamViewer. There are other Icons in this area that are shortcuts to your Diary, email and Notepad.

Search Landgate - Just click on the Icon to go directly to the Landgate log-in screen

Online Stamping - clicking on the Icon to go directly to the Office of State Revenue log-in screen.

First Title and Stewart Title – Firstly make sure you have selected either Stewart Title or First Title in the Home screen, Contract Details, this will bring through the information to the Statements screen. Just click on the Icon to go directly to the Stewart Title and First Title screens. Go to Communications and select the Title Insurance for Stewart Title or First Title. When the form is completed, there is a button on the right to Submit, this will send them the form as a PDF. You will then receive notification confirming they have received your request.
