5.3 - Quotes

Quotes, select from the Details TAB Press ADD, enter clients name and contact details. Enter email address or postal address (if mailing the quote). Check who referred by. Select whether Buyer or Seller or Both (someone Selling then Buying).

Go to next screen, for Seller, enter the Property Details, sale price, the amount you wish to quote and any amendments to the Disbursements amounts.

Go to next screen, for the Buyer, Enter the Property Details, sale price, the amount you wish to quote and any amendments to the Disbursements amounts. Tick - if occupying, First Home Buyer or Strata.

Select whether Residential, Vacant Land, etc.

The Council Enquiry Fee can be searched for in the Home screen under Local Authority, then added to the quote.

The Fee you quote can be either from “Discount on Settlement Fee” by typing in the % or you can type in the $ amount in the box beside “Total Settlement”.

Amend the Disbursements as needed.

Then press “Gen. Quote”.

You can Add, amend or personalise any details on this screen.

Then Go to “Add-Ins”, select “PDF All”.

Go back to the Quote screen.

Select “PDF”s and you can now either print or email the quote directly to your client.

Update Quote Status. When a Quote has been Accepted or Declined, Open Quote screen and click on the “Status” area, update and click “OK”.

There is also a Report TAB, that you can print reports via, conveyancer, status and date range.
