5.2 - Email, Sms and Scan Document

Email function is available for Setts+ users to connect to your nominated e-mail source, eg. Microsoft Outlook.

The email address and mobile numbers entered into the Clients, Real Estate Agents, REA Reps and Brokers can then be used to forward emails or an sms directly from Setts+.

Mobile phone numbers for Clients and Real Estate Agents need to be entered into SettsPlus to use the sms function.

To utilise the email and SMS, contact SettsPlus Pty Ltd to enable this option.

To send an sms Tick the box to the right to send message to selected party. There are some “Predefined” messages in the Drop Down screen. Or enter your detailed message in the area below. Press “Send”. These SMS messages are then recorded in Notepad.

To Add/Edit/Delete “Predefined” messages to the “DropDown list”. Go To, Administration, Lookups, SMS Text Strings and add the new message.

The Scan Document option can be installed by SettsPlus Pty Ltd. Once installed, you enter the information and file number and you can store either under the name or file number. The document or file can then be scanned and kept in your notepad. The scanned information will then be saved each time and be able to be retrieved as required. Scan Document allows you to have a complete electronic copy of your file.
