4.4 - Held in Trust Statements and Payments

For this example, in this file we are showing $280.00 held in Trust in the Extra Charges waiting on the account for the Timber Pest Report. When the account is received, leave this screen as is.

The go to Held In Trust Payments. Enter the details of the Termite Account. On the screen, it now shows the funds that were held of $280.00 then the amount of the Account of $180.00 and the Balance still held and to be sent to your client of $100.00.

Now go to letters and type in Held, search and the four types of Held in Trust Statements are here. In this instance select STATPH1 to generate the Statement to your client.

There are Held in Trust Statements for Sellers and Buyers, as well as Held In Trust Statements for the Sellers Settlement Agent and the Buyers Settlement Agent.
