4.2 - View Current Ledger

View Current Ledger shows in two areas, the far left icon on the “Trust” area and the far right icon on the “Statements” area. The Ledger Balance is the last figure on the bottom of the Ledger. Unpresented Cheques are a Teal colour and Unpresented Receipts are a Pink colour, after being presented, both revert to a white background.

From this Ledger screen you also look up the System Ledgers, type in the Reference area the system ledger, press TAB and the ledger will be brought up. In this screen you can select a date range and press the Filter icon to bring up the selected range of information.

Also in this screen, without changing the File, you are able to bring up the ledgers for other files by typing in the file number in the reference number and pressing TAB.

In the ‘’Current File Details” on the left of the file screen the details of any Balance on the file is also shown and whether the Trust Ledger is Still Active or not.
