1.8 - File Agenda, Daily Agenda, Diary and VOI

File Agenda

When entering a file automatic file agenda items are created, e.g. Deposit due on 1/2/2017 and finance approval due on 14/2/2017 These items come up on the due date in the Daily Agenda when you log into Setts+ in the morning.

Items can be “Moved” or “Completed”, by selecting the Dropdown beside “Command”, select “Complete” or “Move” (amend due Date), then press “Execute”. A Completed Agenda Item will cease to come up in the Daily Agenda. The “Edit” key allows you to add or delete information for any Agenda Item.

To “Add” an item, select “Add”, type in the Agenda Item, i.e. Transfer due back from Buyer, and Select the Date to come up in your Agenda. This area can also utilised to give the Buyers or Sellers Banks a call a week or so prior to Settlement. Just Add an Agenda Item in the File Agenda for it to come up on your Daily Agenda on the due date.

When you open Setts+ in the morning, the Daily Agenda for all File Agenda items due will generate. Print the Agenda and work through the items, completing, editing or moving each item as required. To edit or move an item, select Edit, to change wording or move the Agenda Date then press ok. To complete an item, click on the field beside Command, select Completed, then press Execute.

Diary

Diary is for personal, non-file items, e.g., CPD Training due or appointments.

VOI

VOI is the Client Identification Verification where you can store and retrieve documents and signatures. From this screen, select Identification. This screen allows you to Add or Amend the details of each identification document. The scan and save a copy of the identification document and also upload documents.

Please note: This function is not fully operational, will come into play prior to electronic conveyancing commencing.
