Quote Reports At the bottom of the First Quotes Screen, select “Reports”. Conveyancer - Can be “All” or individual “Conveyancer”. Quote – Can be Pending, Accepted, Declined, All, etc. Select Date for the Report to Start and End. “OK” will generate the Report.

Edit User Data your users can edit to change their password or Title as well as e-mail address,that is shown on the bottom of letters. The User must first be created in the Settlement User screen (blue house) on the desktop.

Fee Chart can be used to set your own settlement fee scale.

Backup Database this should be a daily function so at the most you can only lose a days information. If you wish your IT person can set up the system to Backup to a remote location or you may backup to an external drive to take home daily. See also Video 6.11.
