6.1 - Edit Settlement Users

Edit Settlement Users is the database to add, edit, delete and transfer Users. Go to the Blue House on the Desktop of the Server. In the first screen, select whether you wish to Edit, Delete, Change or Transfer a User or create a new User. For a new user, enter their details and then select Menu Options. These screens can be changed to allow more or less access to SettsPlus for each individual user. . Areas where you have given removed access for a user show as light grey icons in SettsPlus.

If you do delete a user, check that there are no current files open with funds remaining on a ledger or any Agenda items that need attention prior to deleting the user.

Should you have a conveyancer leaving and a new person replacing them and their files, you can use the Transfer User Option to move all files to the new conveyancer.
