3.4 - Settlement Instructions

In the Statements TAB, the Settlement instructions.

Screen 1 – check if your need a full search or check search, collect place is for where your bank cheques to be collected prior to settlements.
Screen 2 – Add the cheques to be received at settlement, tick the cheques to be deposited into Trust. Add if you have the Transfer document, Registration Fee, Certificate of Title, etc... In Other, add any other cheques you have ordered and the party collecting.
Screen 3 – enter any additional information, then go to Home screen, letters, search for INSTRUCT and select – print the instruction sheet.
